McAfee’s Subscription Refund Policy
If you have an annual subscription to one of the Consumer or Small Business Security services, you are eligible for a refund if you cancel the subscription and make a refund request within 30 days of the date you made the subscription. Simple Steps to Disable McAfee’s Auto-Renewal and Get Refund
Step 1. Visit home.mcafee.com
Step 2. Login to McAfee My Account using your registered email ID and McAfee account password.
Step 3. Choose My Account console.
Step 4. Pick ‘Auto-renewal settings’
Step 5. Open the ‘Uninterrupted protection‘ window. This option shall state whether auto-renewal for McAfee is turned on or not. To disable the auto-renewal for your McAfee product, adjacent to the product there would be an off/on the button. Simply change it from on to off.
Step 6. Another window shall appear where you have to choose the turn off the option for auto-renewal.
Step 7. Verify your choice by choosing the ‘Yes, turn it off‘ option.

Adopting these steps to Disable McAfee Auto-Renewal Subscription. If you wish to again renew the auto-renewal feature, simply adopt these steps and in step 5 turn it from off to on.
