Kavita Dalal, better known as Kavita Devi, is a professional wrestler and former weightlifter, she had represented Indian in various international competitions. Kavita Devi was born on September 20, 1986 in Malvi, Jind District, Haryana, India. She is currently 34 years old and the daughter of a former police officer. She has an older brother named Sandeep Dalal.

Kavita Devi attended Juliana Girls' Upper Secondary School in her hometown and decided to move to Lucknow for higher studies. She comes from a society where women hardly attend higher education. He broke the odds and, with the support of hers, hers older brother, Kavita Dalal enrolled at La Martinière College, Lucknow, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA).

After graduation, she joined the weightlifting academy to become a professional weightlifter. Ella kavita represented India at the 2016 South Asian Games and placed the Gold Medal in the 75kg weightlifting category.

Around that time, she joined Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), a border guard force under the government of India. She was assigned as a police officer and retired as a solar inspector. Kavita opted out of SSB in 2010 and returned to weightlifting to further her career. She is also trained in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).

In 2016, Kavita Devi joined the Continental Academy Wrestling Entertainment (CEW), which is owned and managed by former heavyweight champion of the world, The Great Khali. She was instrumental in training her as a professional wrestler. She represents the academy under the name "Hard KD" and participated in various tournaments, including the WWE Mae Young Classic in 2017.

Kavita Devi was once challenged to an open match by fellow CWE Superstar BB Bulbul (India's first professional female wrestler) where she led her wearing the traditional Salwar Kameez.

In August 2017, a video of her of hers went viral and garnered more than 4 million views on YouTube. Kavita Devi faced Dakota Kai of New Zealand, wearing a Salwar-Kameez with the dupatta tied around her waist, but she ultimately lost the match.

Kavita Devi received an offer from the creators of Bigg Boss, the Indian version of Big Brother, but she apparently declined the offer due to her dislike of the show's format.
