Cows are increasingly becoming endangered animals in this country. Not that its population is becoming less, but that it is increasingly becoming an object of disaffection among our own community. An animal that has been considered holy and has Vedic rituals based on it is now barely able to catch the attention of a devoted eye. For this reason Shree Krishnayan Gauraksha came into existence - to protect and serve the holy mother of Hindus and to revive its veneration and devotion according to Vedas.
Objectives of Shree Krishnayan Gauraksha
The organisation gives the gauvansh a second lease of life. They bring in the cows from the streets, farmers, police, NGO's and others. The cows are provided with good, familial care and are given proper food and medicines. They also have a huge storage facility of dry husk that can feed lakhs of cows. Doctors are available at all times to keep a check on them, especially for new mothers and calves. Shree Krishnayan Gauraksha truly does Lord Krishna's work.
