A registered charity, Happy Monkeys was formed with more than 50 years of experience as a pioneer in monkey welfare and conservation, environmental education, and long-term practice in the field of primatology. The conservation of non-human primates is a key concern for us, and we are committed to doing everything in our power to protect these critically endangered species.
In Cornwall, we house monkeys who have been rescued from abusive or neglectful environments at The Monkey Sanctuary, which has an international reputation for providing excellent levels of care and employing creative management techniques. We hope to influence local and national policy to improve the plight of the world's primate population, in collaboration with other organizations. Every year, our staff and volunteers teach more than 30,000 visitors and students about our organization's mission.
Donations from the general public are the only source of funding that our organization has to carry out its purpose.
Our animal rescuers are currently out on the road, responding to as many crises as they can manage. They've started their journey to the location of interest. We at Happy Monkeys are committed to providing every rescued monkey with the immediate medical attention and affection they require. However, none of this would be possible without the support of thousands of individuals like you. Our only chance of saving abandoned Monkeys and other wounded creatures is if we all come together and work together. Therefore, we require your support right now to resolve this situation.
Aspects of our fundamental beliefs that include animal care and compassionate conservation can be found here. We work around the clock to prevent animal suffering and exploitation, whether they are in captivity or the wild, for the welfare of all animals.
Humans will no longer be able to exploit wild animals in the future, in our opinion, Wildlife in captivity and the natural world should be treated with dignity and allowed to live out their lives following their individual needs.
Wild Animal Protection Society is a leading wildlife conservation organization that opposes the exploitation of wild animals in captivity and advocates for their protection in the wild.
We support Compassionate Conservation to maximize the possibilities of endangered species surviving in the wild and sustaining natural ecosystems while also taking into consideration the specific requirements and well-being of the animals.
To protect animals and their habitats for future generations, we seek to have a positive impact on animals in the wild while also preserving their ecosystems.
We've fought for a future in which humans and animals can coexist peacefully, and in which threatened and endangered species are protected for future generations, since the foundation of our organization.
Capuchin and Pigtail monkeys are our specialty, and we strive to select and breed only the best of the best at Happy Monkeys. We consider them the ideal exotic pets because they were reared with our other pets and children, and they exhibit only a few of the characteristics and behaviors that we observe regularly.
In the monkey's life, there are highs and lows. Monkeys are similar to humans in several ways.... Close friendships and strong rivalry are possible between them. One cares for and supports the other, and the other cares and supports them. A monkey organization's leader will display signs of despair even if the organization's leader is removed from his or her position. The connections between their actions and our emotions are immediately apparent when we are watching them.
A complex social system distinguishes the monkey from other primates. It is their relationships with the other participants that distinguish them from the others. When they meet up again, they can recall their earlier meetings and forge new bonds of friendship." When people are placed in the wrong part of the jungle, they can become enraged at former rivals. Violence in such situations is potentially lethal.
Friendship is something else that monkeys can remember. One's affection and appreciation for other human beings can be demonstrated through one's appearance. After a struggle with one of their own, monkey companions are more likely to assist you or clean up the debris.
The animals in our sanctuary have benefited from the efforts of everyone who has contributed to our effort. This is something we will be grateful for forever. Please consider making a gift, or donating in any other way, to help us out! Thank you very much for your assistance, which is greatly needed. The personalities of the monkeys at Happy Monkey are distinct from one another, as are their favorite pastimes and foods, as well as their washing routines and social behaviors.
