People Development: Have you/ the nominated individual been involved in the development of your business / organizations staff? If so, please outline and provide examples
Level of role in Organization: Please outline your/ the nominated individual’s current role in your organisation, and also other relevant roles held
Use of Technology / Digitalization: Have you/ the nominated individual introduced any new technologyor innovations in your role? If so, please outline and explain the benefits provided.
Success/Achievements in role: Please outline your / nominated individual’s success stories/achievements in your current role.
Transformation: The challenge? What was achieved? And a description of what is regarded as Transformation in this context.

The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts, the judging is a rigorous three-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists, rating/voting & reviews by viewers and readers of Vyapaar Jagat and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.
