Double roller granulator is suitable for dry granulation of various powder raw materials. It can produce particle products of different specifications and shapes according to needs. At present, counter roller granulator has been widely used in the granulation of powder raw materials in fertilizer, building materials, medicine, chemical industry, smelting, coal and other industrial sectors.
Instructions for use of double roller granulator: the fertilizer granulation machine should be started under no load, and it is strictly forbidden to open with material. It is strictly forbidden to enter the material with impurities, so as to avoid breaking the roll shaft.
The front gear of the double roller granulator shall be smeared with yellow dry oil. The chain and sprocket of the counter roller granulator shall be smeared with yellow dry oil every 7 days. The bearing seat of the extrusion granulator shall be smeared with yellow dry oil every 3 months or replaced with new yellow dry oil. The gear oil must be added once before the use of the counter roller granulator. The gear oil should be changed every four months.
