In other words, 50% plant residues such as straw and rice husk can be added into pig manure as auxiliary materials to adjust the carbon nitrogen ratio between raw materials.

How to ferment pig manure into organic fertilizer

When using pig manure as raw material for organic fertilizer fermentation, the following points should be paid attention to:

1. Adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio of raw materials in the organic fertilizer production line. Before the organic fertilizer raw materials are fermented, it is relatively reasonable to control the carbon-nitrogen ratio at 25:1. The auxiliary materials are used to adjust the carbon to nitrogen ratio between the raw materials.

2. The moisture content of raw materials should be controlled at about 55% before fermentation. Too much water or too little water will cause the raw material fermentation without heating up. The simple way to distinguish is to grasp the raw materials by hand and see the water without dripping. When the moisture content of fresh feces is too large, it should be removed by solid-liquid separator, and then diluted with auxiliary materials. When the moisture content of raw materials is too small, it should be mixed with livestock and poultry urine or water in the organic fertilizer production process.

3. Temperature control

First of all, the temperature of fermentation environment should not be lower than 10 ℃. Secondly, the fermentation process of materials is divided into four cycles: heating, constant temperature, high temperature and cooling. The main control is the high temperature stage. When the material temperature reaches the constant temperature stage, the harmful bacteria, weed seeds and pest eggs will be scared to death, but the temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. Otherwise, it will cause the loss of beneficial bacteria. Therefore, the organic fertilizer fermentation dumper should be used to control the temperature during the high temperature period.

Using the above method, pig manure can be fermented into qualified organic fertilizer, but the commercialized organic fertilizer needs further processing. The organic fertilizer production plant cost is hundreds of thousands to millions.
