A Special CBI court released Dr. Nikunj Aggarwal, previous Officeron Special Duty (OSD) to Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain, for a situationincluding asserted inconsistencies in his arrangement. Unique Judge SanjayBansal released Aggarwal and co-denounced Dr. Anup Mohta, expressing it"must be remembered that Dr. Nikunj had fundamental capabilities for suchan arrangement. It isn't so much that Dr. Mohta thought twice about capability.He had asked HoD (Ortho) Dr. Anil Aggarwal for an evaluation of Dr. Nikunj.Solely after Dr. Aggarwal discovered Dr. Nikunj reasonable, Dr. Mohta supportedhis arrangement."
