If you can't access Routerlogin.net even after a factory reset, you need to do a 30-30-30 reset (which will clear the router's NVRAM and thus solve the problem). Make sure your router is turned on and has no cables connected to it except the power cord. Disconnect any device PC, laptop, etc.
