Picking a player who exclusively played slot corner in college with Madden 23 coins the 18th pick overall is extremely concerning to me.

I remember Hill being a part of the late 20s to a team that was in the playoffs and, more importantly, after Elam was taken off the roster.

It's another Mel choice and he's admitted that Watson is a little raw however I'm amazed that the fact that he's picked no. 22. to go with the Packers along with some of the other talent still on the board.

Traylon Burks and Jahan Dotson both play later in my rankings, and I have higher grades for both players. It amazes me to think of Watson being this high based on upside when Green Bay needs desperate in need of a seasoned, Madden NFL 23-ready receiver who can immediately become a star.

Some of me believe Watson's physical capabilities can make him a potential first rounder, I just am not a fan of putting him next to Aaron Rodgers.

Linderbaum is as safe as any pick over the past five years. Seriously. Yes, he's center and that's an undervalued position, but Linderbaum is a plug-and-play decade-plus player who's likely to rack up several Pro Bowls on the way.

The mock suggests he'll go to the Jaguars in the first round of the second round. The issue I have is that I'm not able to see how a smart, well-managed playoff team wouldn't jump on the chance to solidify what's in their middle line even if it's not an immediate requirement.

Yes, it's a 2nd round selection -- but I'm convinced this will be an issue.

For me, Seattle seems intimately aware of the future, and is recognizing that they'll be a poor team in 2022. I actually envy this about them. This team is trying to round out their depth and has made waves in the QB-friendly environment in the 2023 Madden NFL 23 Draft.

Corral feels like an unnecessary loss in a waterway this deep. It also makes the water muddy before we reach next year. If you're not planning to start his training immediately, so that you can test, then you're throwing away a pick now and making it difficult to justify having a QB next year.

I don't see Seattle being a victim of this in particular with the talent that remains on the board. Kaiir Elam is still in the mix, and Skyy Moore is also available. Why in the world would you choose to skip two of the next building blocks to take a QB who might not even be in the mix within a year?

We're getting closer and towards the Madden NFL 23 Draft and on Tuesday Todd McShay published his latest mock draft in two rounds with some huge surprise.

It's not a problem, I'm not going to associate NFL 23ate "surprises" with "wrong." What I'm seeing in this mock is likely to happen, and there's certainly a significant amount of rationality behind each selection. In all honesty, as a Carolina Panthers fan, I might throw up in my mouth a little bit when Kennt Pickett is picked no. six overall, but I'm going to digress.

Visit ESPN and read the full analysis, but here are the big things that jumped out at me.

McShay isn't alone to have Walker climbing the ranks. Then, on Madden NFL 23.com Charles Davis has him taking the first pick to the Jaguars. Still, it's astonishing to see Walker selecting the number. 2 overall pick with the Lions.

It's not like this would be a bad decision but it feels like to much of an buy madden nfl 23 coins for me.
