The ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach have decided to postpone the container dwell fees to November 22.
The decision to delay the fees can also be seen in the background of more containers being on the LA yards.
Containers are almost back at the November 1 level when the $100/day fee was announced at 76,613 on November 15 as against 77,079.
After dropping to 28,784 containers for 0-4 days on November 13, containers increased to 35,164 on November 15.
