Mr. John Jastremski, who's going to FSC, echoed Mr. Schlafly's remarks about this firm's economic soundness. But he declined to comment concerning the degree of payment and transparent money FSC was providing him and another advisors. In comparison with other broker-dealer presents, he explained, the FSC deal is 'reasonable'.
