Log in to LastPass on your laptop or desktop and open your vault. Open your vault and launch "Account Settings". Edit LastPass Authenticator under "Multifactor Options". Follow the prompts to view the barcode, then scan it using the LastPass Authenticator App.
LastPass Won’t Install on Chrome - LastPass can be used offline. However, you must have accessed your account at the least once on the device that you are currently using. LastPass must be enabled in your account settings to allow you to view your vault offline.
