Main reason of genetic disorder
There are unlimited number of reasons that cause genetic disorder. Off course genetic diseases may be inherited when the mutation is already existing and comes from one of the parents' genome. I wouldn't consider the term genetic diseases as correct in first instance, as every disease is a result of a malfunctioning or missing/added protein or a whole cascade of proteins in our body.
