n an LED display, the resolution is the effect of a specification called pixel pitch, which defines the spacing of individual pixels. When it comes to a color display, it is the physical distance measured in mm (millimeters) between the middle of an LED diode and the next nearest diode on the board. Normally, the more the pitch number, the lesser the resolution of the display will be, with more pixelization. Similarly, the lesser the pitch number, the greater the resolution will be, resulting in less pixelization. So, as a rule, each time pixel pitch is decreased by a millimeter, a spectator can stand one meter nearer to the screen.
