- to do meditation of Kapalbhaati, Aum Chant, Anulom Vilom. Meditation helps in improving concentration and relaxes the body, mind, and soul.
- Drinking water from a copper vessel is beneficial, and it is advisable to store water in a copper vessel overnight and make sure to drink that water first thing in the morning.
- Some fruits help treat this disease, like Bael and pomegranate, so the patient should drink Bael juice preferably. If the same is not available due to off-season, alternatively, pomegranate juice should be preferred.
- try to have intermediary fasting and keep a gap of 14 hours between the last meal for the day and the first meal of the next day.
