The End-User License Agreement (EULA) is basically a contract between the software developer and the software’s end-user that generally gives the user the right to use the software in some manner while agreeing to the clauses regarding the usage of application provided by the owner. This agreement basically contains information or clauses that describe the rights of the developer regarding how they control, restrict, or eliminate the user activity from their software. However, without this document the provider of the software is vulnerable to the way the users interact with his or her application, leaving himself to exposed liability. So, if you own an app or planning to have one, it is important to add an end-user license agreement to it. But before that, an app development company will suggest you gain information about everything you need to know about EULA like when you need it, what clauses you need to add to it, etc., along with how to develop an app. Having a EULA will primarily protect you from copyright infringement and other misuses of the software when you distributing it to the customers.
