What is the Point of Forging
The goal of forging is to make metal parts. Metal F produces some of the most durable manufactured parts available when compared to other manufacturing methods. Minor cracks and empty spaces in the metal are filled as the metal is heated and pressed.

Impurities in the metal are also broken up and redistributed throughout the metalwork during the hot Forging process. This drastically reduces the number of inclusions in the forged part. Inclusions are composite materials that are implanted inside steel during the manufacturing process and cause stress points in the final forged parts. While impurities should be managed during the casting process, refines the metal further. F also strengthens metal by alternating its grain structure, which is the grain structure of the metal material. F can create a favorable grain structure, making the forged metal stronger.
