It went in the right direction for a while, but unfortunately we are all at home again. Fortunately, not everything is closed now, but we do spend more time at home and not everyone likes this.
How do you survive this lockdown?
A lockdown entails both unpleasant direct and indirect consequences. For example, you may be less able to concentrate on your work (for example due to faltering internet or noise from the neighbours) or you may worry about what this lockdown means for the well-being of your children. To deal with all these events around you, you need to be mentally flexible and show resilience here and there. At lockdown 1, this was still manageable for most, but as it became more difficult for many. How do you stay mentally flexible and keep your resilience high in this constant pandemic full of lockdowns?
