About Our E-pub/publishing Project

Nature of Project: PDF Convert from Hard Copy

System Required: 2 Laptops

Duration of Project: 18 Months

Turnaround Time: 25 Days

Workload: 25,000 Pages per month

Rate: Rs.8.48 + 18% GST =Rs.10.0064 / page

Compensations: 20% of monthly billing value will be paid in case of shortage of data

Payment Mode: Payment will be made to the users either through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS

Payment Cycle: Payment will be made to the vendors within 3 working days after submission of work along with quality check report& Books

Accuracy Parameter: Payment will be made according to the accuracy standards achieved by the users 99% and above -- 100% Payment 80% to 98% -- 2% deduction for every 1% failing of accuracy below 99% accuracy level

*Scanner should be purchased only through the company by the vendors

* 2 laptops will be provided by Company after Registration (to be returned after completion of project)

*Automated Scanner on payment of Rs.6250/- for scanner costing Rs.25000/- (Rs.6250/- will be debited from each 3 successive monthly billing).
