Recent changes made in the PTR are the elimination

Recent changes made in the PTR are the elimination or modification of offensive or crude emotes and name changes for certain objects and NPCs. Also, the elimination of references in game to former employees and renaming achievements, and much more.
"Goofy jokes and occasionally sexually explicit jokes are all an integral part of WoW and probably always will remain," the blog post continues. "Still we need to remain mindful of whether certain aspects of this world are friendly to all players. We want all jokes that we tell to have a positive message and not smack down."
Blizzard will also clarify that they won't modify players' appearances or makeup as they want players to be able to express their individuality. In outlining additional updates that will occur after patch 9.1.5. Blizzard says it will create an incubus monster that will be able to be added to certain parts of the game, replacing the slim-clad succubus-style demon model. Warlock players will have the option of summoning the succubus or the incubus by using the buy WoTLK Gold game's glyph system.
