3: All protective objects should be safe and reliable, and it is strictly forbidden to wear foreign objects that may be caught by moving parts (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.);

5: Do not clean the electrical unit with water or other liquids;

Micro-filling equipment maintenance
1: Regular inspection and maintenance: The starting components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed control and electrical parts should be inspected monthly. The inspection method can be manually adjusted to check the quality and reliability of the action. The cylinder is mainly to check whether there is air leakage and jamming. The solenoid valve can be forced manually to check whether the solenoid coil is burned out and the valve is blocked in the IP section. The electrical part may be input by comparison. The output signal indicator is used for inspection, such as checking whether the switching element is damaged, whether the circuit is disconnected, and whether the output element is working normally.
2: Daily plant construction and maintenance: Whether the motor is operating normally, whether the safety environment is normal, and whether the cooling system is abnormal. Whether there is abnormal vibration or sound; whether there is abnormal overheating or discoloration.
Matters needing attention for micro filling equipment
1: The motor and chassis must be grounded, and the neutral line and the bottom line must be separated;
2: The incoming line of the power supply of this machine must be introduced through the leakage switch;
3: The three pneumatic components require pneumatic lubricating oil to extend the service life of the cylinder;
4: Water mercury is strictly prohibited to operate without water. During operation, pay attention to replenishing the alkaline water tank and the disinfecting water tank, and at the same time ensure the supply of cleaning water;
Micro-filling equipment cleaning requirements
1: Clean the nozzles, pipes, conveyor belts, and water tanks of the equipment before and after get off work every day;
2: Clean the filling equipment and pipes with disinfectant water regularly every week, and then rinse the equipment with process water after disinfection;
3: The operator should record and save the disinfection and cleaning process.
