Through this acquisition, SKC aims at diversifying its business portfolio and strengthening its presence and operations in sustainable mobility. Moreover, the takeover will allow SKC to cater to KCF’s clients in the EV battery market, including LG Chem, Panasonic, and Samsung SDI.
