Microbial fermentation process is mainly divided into five processes. 1. The storage material, pig manure and sewage are sent to the raw material trough after pretreatment (crushing), and then sent to the fermentation trough after 1-2 days of storage; 2. Inoculating fermentation, the material liquid enters the fermentation tank, inoculating specific beneficial organisms, and with sufficient stirring and mixing, the material stays in the fermentation trough for 2-4 days and then sent to the batching tank (organic fertilizer production machine); 3. Nutrient batching. In order to make the fertilizer quality meet the national standards, it is necessary to provide fertilizer according to strict process procedures The materials are added with nutrients; 4. The materials are stored, and the objects added with nutrients are sent to the finished product tank, and then sent to the packaging tank after 1-2 days of storage; 5. Packaging, and the finished fertilizer is automatically measured and packaged.
Commercial granular organic fertilizer: after the fermentation materials are proportioned by the proportioning system, they are lifted and transported by the belt conveyor, and then crushed, screened and graded. The materials on the screen are returned to the mixing room for proportioning. The powder part under the screen is transported by the belt conveyor for proportioning, granulation (granulator machine for fertilizer), drying, cooling, coating and packaging. The finished products are stored in the finished product warehouse.
