matters needing attention
1. It is forbidden to start the fertilizer granulation machine with load. Iron, stone, wood and other debris are strictly prohibited to enter the machine to prevent damage to the equipment.
2. After the machine is started, check whether the rotation direction is correct. If the reverse direction is reversed, stop the machine immediately for debugging. Confirm that the rotation is smooth, no noise, no friction sound before starting production.
3. Before shutdown, the internal materials must be drained before shutdown, so as to prevent the materials from sticking in the cylinder, and make preparations for the next startup, which is conducive to the next team production.
4. The bearing shall be lubricated once every shift. The type of lubricating oil is No.3 calcium base lubricating oil, and the loading amount is 1 / 3-1 / 2. The bearing shall be replaced with new lubricating oil regularly, and the bearing shall be washed clean during replacement.
5. After 100 hours of refueling operation, the oil should be replaced. After that, the oil should be replaced every four months, and the oil should be cleaned.
