Full purchase price refund (excluding any expedited shipping costs) will be paid on your most recent purchase and will be limited to one bottle except for these exceptions:
To receive your full purchase price refund (excluding any expedited shipping costs), simply contact customer service at 1-800-586-9424 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with in thirty (30) days of your purchase date. Then follow the instructions as provided by the customer service agent. After a RMA has been issued, return shipments must be received with in thirty (30) days of the date when the RMA was issued to be eligible. All return shipments should be sent to:
