These portable units contain a tank ofcompressed air and stainless steel reusable vacuum bags. The air is replacedwith pure oxygen gas and the stainless steel vacuum bags are replaced with afresh batch of cells. Because the air is replaced with air, there is no need tomaintain the chamber.
