TO KEEP YOUR LASH LOOK IN CHECK, FOLLOW THESE 4 LASH EXTENSION CARE TIPS:
1. MAKE SURE YOUR EYELASHES ARE CLEAN.
The easiest way to keep eyelash extensions in good condition is to keep them clean. The face wash isn’t necessary. The right instrument for the job is a lash cleaner! But not just any lash cleanser will do—you’ll need one that’s specifically designed for lash extensions! CleanLash, a great lash cleaner, is available at The Reign Studio (3-in-1 conditioner, cleanser & makeup remover pads).
Apply the cleanser on our eyelash cleansing brush when washing your eye area to remove makeup and eyeshadow. Then, using downward sweeping motions, gently wash over the eyelid and lash line. Rinse your eyes with clean water until all of the product has been washed away.
Allow your lashes to air dry before gently brushing them back into their fluffy shape with your lash wand!
2. MAKE SURE YOUR MASCARA IS IN GOOD SHAPE.
The beauty of lash extensions is that they give you beautiful, long, thick lashes without the need for mascara!
We understand that some of you may still want to apply mascara on occasion, and that’s perfectly fine…
with one caveat: the mascara must be designed specifically for lash extensions.

Add some more oomph to your hair by volumizing it.
Keratin lengthening—strengthen those lash hairs!
Use one application of lash extension-safe mascara on the tips of your lashes only.
3. AVOID FRICTION IN THE LASHES
Why rub or give friction to your lash extensions if you don’t have to? It’s best not to scratch, pull, rub, or tug on your lashes.
To avoid frequent contact, several of our guests switch to silk pillowcases.
But don’t be concerned about normal water contact! Swimming with lashes on and face cleaning are both safe for lash extensions! If you’re going to surf, take a speedboat ride, or swim in salt water, make sure you have some goggles with you.
4. REFILL LASH EXTENSIONS ON A ROUTINE BASIS.
All of the previous suggestions are essential, but this is the big one! Maintaining a long, lush lash line that turns heads is as simple as keeping your refill appointments every two weeks.
The longer you go without a fill, the more your natural lashes will shed, resulting in larger gaps in your lash line and overgrown lashes elsewhere. If you wait too long between refills, you may need a new entire set, which takes time and money.
