Dr. Simons has been my doctor for 5 years, and I've never had a problem with the wait time or staff. I'm really happy with their doctors and staff, and whenever I have a problem, I go to Daisy and Zeus, and they always solve it.

I been coming to Parkchester Medical for quite some years now. My experience has always been good and the staff are always professional and try to assist each patient as we wait to be seen. Nurse practitioner Krueze is the best thing that has happen to this place. She cares about her patients and each and every visit I have she explains to me any information concerning my health thoroughly. I have nothing negative to say about the place, and I'm please to see an African American woman pediatric doctor working their. It's nice coming to your doctor office and seeing a diverse setting.

Not too shabby for a public clinic. I've been coming here once a week for 3.5 months now for physical therapy due to a knee injury. Parking is OK around the place, they have meters up front. It's about 1 block to the 6 train and several other buses. Wait times are usually within 20 minutes of appointment, but on some days they can get very busy. Come 15 minutes early just in case. There is a pharmacy right next door which is convenient. My only gripe is they need to update the look a little bit, but it didn't bother me. What really mattered was the staff were young and friendly. I'm Bengali and I noticed some of the staff and a doctor speaks Bangla as well.

I've been to this clinic several times and I've had a great experience. Other than a full waiting room which is realistic, they run an efficient practice. I have never sat to wait more than 20 minutes and I have loved the doctors that have taken care of me.

My mother has been seeing Dr.Weiss for about a year now 2 years ago and we love him. I think the place needs a bit of a renovation but she doesn't care lol , she still prefers coming here. They have a Bengali speaking person in the front desk which makes things a lot easier for mom. Great for a clinic in the Bronx.

I had a head cold that turned into a throat and chest congestion issue a few weeks ago--so I went to Parkchester medical to have it looked at. The staff at the front desk was in the midst of a very busy afternoon, but they were still very nice. I think I waited 15-20 minutes before I saw Dr. Simons, who was very thorough and knowledgeable. He prescribed me with the proper meds, and I now I sit here, healthy as an ox. Clean facility, a bit busy however. But most importantly, thorough doctors.

Went in for a check up with the doctor, the staff a the front desk was very helpful. Daisy assisted me with making sure I was met on time because I had to be at work, Maria, Vanessa were also helpful as they were quick with scheduling my follow up and getting my blood work done in and a good time to get me out. the staff there was great they work well together to ensure that client receive the best service. Zeriah was also helpful with updating me of how many patients were ahead of me. Ms. Amy Polan was very nice and welcoming.

This is my current PCP that I've been see every month for going on 2 years now. The reason that I come here is because of the excellent doctors and friendly staff. I see Dr Kreuze the way she explains my treatment to me makes it easy to understand and I feel comfortable asking her questions. This is a doctors office in the bronx be sticking with, I would recommend this facility to everybody. (BONUS) They also a WALK-IN ONLY PEDIATRICIAN [Dr. Shaw] for my 3y/o sons immunizations and unexpected doctor visits.
