Our cheese is made from our own herd of Friesian cows that graze the land here at our family farm. Their milk is then used in our on-site cheese dairy, where we hand-make our cheese. We find that still using this traditional ‘ hands-on’ technique makes our product exceptional and stands out compared to other products that are made these days using more industrial methods.
