Make a routine. Take plants like any exercise: First stretch for 10 minutes and then exchange light activities for harder ones. You can listen for a while, then dig a few holes and then cut. Cool down for 10 to 15 minutes, for example by cutting flowers or picking vegetables, and you're ready to go! Just remember that gardening requires perseverance, strength and flexibility, so it is important to build slowly.
Deep doll. Digging is one of the gardening activities of the highest intensity. Pressing one foot down, turning to the ground, then the other foot down and lifting the ground will reach many muscle groups and force you to rub your hands. Bottom line: Take every opportunity to dig.
