Langtang Valley Trekking

This Langtang Valley Trek is the third most popular after Everest Base Camp Trek and Annapurna Base Camp Trek. The trekking trail is relatively short and easy therefore all of the age can do this trek without any risk.

Langtang Trek route leads you through the rhododendron and bamboo forests along with the traditional villages, then explore the rare flora and fauna at the beautiful Langtang National Park. The high altitude is 4,000 meters above the sea level of this trek, but don’t miss hiking Tserko Ri 5,000m for panorama mountain peaks and amazing sunrise view.

The Langtang Valley Trekking trail takes you to an altitude of 4,000 meters, and if you want to go higher, you’d not want to miss seeing the sunrise from the Tserko Ri at 5,000m. You will get to see wonderful up-close fantastic mountain views of Dorje Lakpa (6,990m), Langtang Ri (6,370m), Langtang Lirung (7,245m), etc. Discover the ancient monastery of Kyanjin Gompa, pristine countryside, majestic flora and fauna, yak pastures, local cheese factories, traditional lifestyle, and culture are the major attractions of this trek.

Day 06:Mundu to Kyanjin Gompa [3,870m, 4-5 hours]
Day 07:Acclimatization- explore Tserko Ri [5,000m/16,404ft] [ 7-8 hours]
Day 08:Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel [2,380m, 6-7 hours]
Day 09:Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi [1,550m, 4-5 hours]
Day 10:Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu [1,350m, 8 hours]
