What is the process of organic fertilizer production equipment
There are two steps to process commercial organic fertilizer in the organic fertilizer production line: early fermentation and treatment part and deep processing granulation part. Organic fertilizer equipment needs fermentation compost windrow turner, crusher, mixer, fertilizer granulator, dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine, packaging machine, conveyor and other equipment.
1. Mixing and mixing: the prepared raw materials are mixed evenly to improve the overall uniform fertilizer efficiency content of fertilizer particles. Horizontal mixer or disc mixer is used for mixing and mixing;
2. Agglomerate crushing: crushing the raw materials which are mixed and stirred evenly, such as large lumps, to facilitate the subsequent granulation processing, mainly using chain crusher, etc;
3. Material granulation: the evenly stirred and crushed materials are sent to the fertilizer granulator through the belt conveyor for granulation (rotary drum granulator, double roller granulator, disc granulator, etc.) can be used. This step is an essential and important link in the organic fertilizer production process;
5. Screening: preliminary screening of semi-finished particles, unqualified particles returned to the mixing and mixing link for reprocessing, generally using drum screening machine;
6. Drying: the granulator made and through the primary screening of the particles into the drying organic fertilizer production equipment, drying the moisture content of the particles, increasing the strength of the particles, easy to save, generally using a rotary dryer;
7. Cooling: the temperature of the dried fertilizer particles is too high, which is easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is easy to bag, store and transport, and the cooler is used for cooling;
8. Finished product coating: the qualified products are coated and coated to increase the brightness and roundness of particles to make the appearance more beautiful. Generally, coating machine is used for coating;
9. Quantitative packaging of finished products: the coated particles, i.e. finished particles, are sent to the silo for temporary storage by belt conveyor, and then connected with electronic quantitative packaging scale, automatic quantitative packaging bag sealing machine, etc., and placed in a ventilated place for storage, so as to realize full automation.
