What equipment can roller granulator have?
Roller granulator is mainly composed of feeding, mixing, granulation, transmission and smooth system. The operation process is that the powder with water content less than 15% is required to enter the feeding auger from the hopper, adjust the speed of stepless speed regulating motor to obtain appropriate material flow, and then enter the mixer, which is stirred by mixing rod and mixed with steam for conditioning.
If molasses or grease are required to be added, they are also quenched and tempered together with steam from the mixing drum. Generally, the increase of grease is not more than 3%, otherwise it is difficult to form. After conditioning, the temperature of the powder can reach 64 ~ 85 ℃ and the humidity can reach 14 ~ 16%. Then through the chute, through the optional iron absorption equipment to remove iron impurities mixed in the powder, and finally into the limiting chamber for granulation.
The feeder consists of a speed regulating motor, a reducer, a winch barrel and a winch shaft. The speed regulating motor is composed of three-phase asynchronous communication motor, eddy current clutch and speed measuring generator. The fertilizer granulator machine cooperates with the controller to change its output speed through the electromagnetic speed regulating motor controller.
The cycloid pin wheel reducer is selected as the feed reducer of the reducer. Its speed reduction ratio is 1.10. It is directly connected with the speed regulating motor to reduce the speed, so that the useful speed of the feeding auger is controlled between 12 and 120 rpm. The feeding auger is composed of auger barrel, winch shaft and bearing with seat. The auger has the feeding effect, and the rotating speed is adjustable, that is, the feeding amount can be changed to reach the rated current and output value. The winch shaft can be drawn out from the right end of the winch cylinder for easy arrangement and maintenance.
