What are the raw materials of bio organic fertilizer and how to make them?
The organic fertilizer produced by the fertilizer production machine is mostly used as base fertilizer, with large application amount and long fertilizer efficiency. It can provide nutrients and improve soil properties, especially for sandy soil, clay and saline soil. After applying organic fertilizer, the soil nutrition can be recovered in the shortest time.
Raw materials for organic manure production:
1. Agricultural waste: such as straw, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, etc.
2. Livestock manure: such as chicken manure, cattle, sheep, horse manure, rabbit manure;
3. Domestic waste: such as kitchen waste, etc.; fertilizer made by composting plant materials such as crop stalks, green manure, weeds, soil, human manure, garbage, etc., and decomposing them by biological bacteria.
According to different raw materials, composting methods of organic manure can be divided into high temperature composting and ordinary composting. The high-temperature compost takes the plant material with high fiber content as the main raw material. Under the aeration condition, the compost produces a lot of heat, and the temperature in the compost is high (50 ~ 60 ℃), so the compost has fast maturity, fast composting and high nutrient content. 72 hours to achieve deodorization effect. High temperature fermentation process can kill the bacteria, eggs and weed seeds in the production of organic fertilizer. The common compost is usually mixed with more soil, the fermentation temperature is low, the decomposition process is slow, and the composting time is long. During composting, the chemical composition of nutrients changed, the ratio of carbon to nitrogen decreased, the mineral nutrients absorbed by plants increased, and humus formed. Generally, it is tossed once every 3-4 days and fermented for 15-20 days. The organic fertilizer fermentation compost turner can realize unmanned operation, rapid dumping, even dumping, one machine with multiple tanks.
Good composting conditions are as follows
① Moisture. Keeping proper water content is the first condition to promote microbial activity and compost fermentation. Generally, 60% - 75% of the maximum water holding capacity of composting material is suitable.
② Ventilation. Keeping proper air in the reactor is beneficial to the reproduction and activity of aerobic microorganisms and the decomposition of organic matter. When composting at high temperature, more attention should be paid to the appropriate tightness of composting to facilitate aeration.
③ Keep neutral or slightly alkaline environment. It can add proper amount of biological bacteria in the fertilizer production line, neutralize and adjust acidity, and promote microbial reproduction and activity.
④ C / N ratio. The ratio of carbon to nitrogen is 25 ∶ 1
