Trough aerobic fermentation process of chicken manure organic fertilizer production line
Trough aerobic fermentation of chicken manure organic fertilizer production line is currently the most effective method for processing chicken manure, and it is also suitable for commercial production of chicken manure organic fertilizer, which is conducive to standardized production. It uses biological characteristics combined with mechanized technology, uses natural microorganisms or inoculated microorganisms to completely decompose chicken manure and convert organic matter into organic matter, carbon dioxide and water. This method has a short fermentation time and is easy to achieve factory-scale production, which is not affected by weather and seasons. The impact on the environment is small, which is conducive to the commercial production of chicken manure organic fertilizer. Depending on the equipment, the width of the fermentation tank is generally 6 m, the depth is generally 1.5 m, and the length is 50-100 m, which can be designed according to actual conditions.
Fermentation process conditions of chicken manure composting:
1 Suitable fermentation materials: Organic matter is the main nutrients for composting microorganisms. Composting microorganisms must maintain an appropriate ratio of carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) elements in the organic matter. It is generally considered that the appropriate ratio of carbon to nitrogen (C/N) is 20~35/1. The carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N) of commonly used composting fermentation raw materials is as follows. Therefore, according to the ratio of chicken manure to auxiliary materials (generally 3:1), compost auxiliary materials can choose raw materials with a carbon to nitrogen ratio of 20 to 80:1. Therefore, the common dry straw, corn stalk, fallen leaves, soybean stems, peanut stems and other organic matter can be used as auxiliary materials for composting and fermentation after being crushed.
2 Suitable material moisture: in the production of organic fertilizer, the optimum fermentation humidity for composting microorganisms is 50-60%, and the ultimate humidity is 60-65%, so the material moisture is best adjusted to about 55-60%. When the moisture reaches more than 65%, there is a higher probability of dead tanks and no fermentation. According to multiple measurements of chicken manure and auxiliary materials, the moisture of fresh chicken manure is 80%, the moisture of auxiliary materials is 10%, and the moisture of inoculation material is 40%. In large-scale production, the outgoing material is generally used as the inoculum and the amount of inoculation material 10% of the total amount (minimum requirement). The fresh chicken manure, auxiliary materials, and inoculum materials are mixed evenly and then fermented into the tank, and the moisture of the fermented materials is 60%. According to the above data, it can be calculated that the ratio of chicken manure to auxiliary materials is about 3:1.
3 Effective mechanical stirring: The chicken manure composting fermentation is aerobic fermentation. In the fermentation tank, because the material humidity is 60~65%, the viscosity is large, its aeration is extremely poor, and artificial auxiliary ventilation is required. Generally, mechanical stirring is used. the way.
