Technical characteristics of npk fertilizer produced by drum granulator

The process of drum granulator to produce npk fertilizer is raw material batching machine → mixing mixer → pulverizer → drum granulator → primary screening machine → granule dryer → granule cooler → secondary screening machine → finished granule coating machine →Quantitative packaging machine for finished products.

Features of drum granulator:

   1. A new granulation process with multiple functions such as rotation, spheroidization, polishing, densification, heating, and drying is used.

  2. The spiral slewing mechanism adopts high-strength alloy materials, which is sturdy and durable, and extends the life of the equipment.

  3. The material moisture can be granulated between 30%-40%, and the output moisture is about 30%. This reduces the drying requirement of the traditional 70% moisture process and effectively reduces the cost of organic fertilizer production.

   4. During the granulation process, a temperature of 50 to 65 degrees is generated in the cylinder of drum granulator, which reduces the moisture content of the discharged granules by 5 to 8 points, thereby reducing the drying cost requirements.

   5. The granulated particles are uniform, smooth, round, and high in strength, and the particle forming rate is more than 95%.

  6. Adjust the size of the output particles by adjusting the water content of the feed, so as to meet the requirements of different particle sizes.

  7. The fineness of the feed material can be controlled at about 20 meshes to be granulated, which improves the pulverization process requirements of at least 80 meshes in the traditional granulation.
