Structure of dry double roller granulator
1. The working part of the machine head: the transmission wheel is transmitted to the transmission roller shaft through the pin coupling. The synchronous operation of the pair of rollers is guaranteed by a pair of open gears. There are specific bearings on both sides of the active and passive shafts, which are composed of bearing frames and are installed on the frame.
2. Rack part: all working bodies of the organic fertilizer granulation machine are installed and fixed on the rack. The frame of the machine is made of medium carbon steel plate and channel steel by welding. Through strict quality control and specific process requirements, the purpose of the machine is achieved. Lifting holes are set in the middle of four corners of the frame for loading, unloading and transportation.
3. Transmission connection part: the motor drives the belt pulley, V-belt and reducer to make the head work. In addition, the broken chain is transferred to the working chain. The transmission reducer and the working part of the machine head are meshed with nylon pin coupling to transmit and drive.
4. Crushing and separation part: the material flows to the crushing chamber at the lower side after being extruded by the roller of fertilizer granulation machine, and the ball particles and returned materials can be separated by the rotation of the double shaft wolf toothed stick.
