Production line of chicken manure disc granulation organic fertilizer

Chicken manure disc granulation organic fertilizer production line, also known as bio organic fertilizer production line, is a complete set of production equipment to produce natural organic chicken manure fertilizer with fresh chicken manure as raw material through a series of processing. There are two steps to process commercial organic fertilizer in chicken manure production line: fermentation and treatment in early stage and granulation in deep processing. Organic fertilizer equipment needs fermentation dumper, organic fertilizer crusher, drum screening machine, horizontal mixer, disc granulator machine for fertilizer, rotary dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine, packaging machine, conveyor and other equipment.

Process flow of disc granulated organic fertilizer production line

Chicken manure materials gradually roll into balls in the disc granulator machine for fertilizer. In the large inclined and long-distance granulation area of the disc granulator, the particles are continuously lifted to a high place and continuously rolled down under the action of gravity. The strength of the particles is further strengthened and the appearance of the particles is more rounded. With the gradual increase of the particles in the disc granulator.

The finished product particles overflow out of the prilling pan and are sent to the dryer through the belt conveyor. The hot air in the hot blast stove is introduced into the dryer through the induced draft fan, which makes full contact with the organic fertilizer particles entering the dryer. The moisture in the particles is quickly exchanged out, and a large amount of water vapor is led into the dust chamber by the induced draft fan, which is emptied after dust removal and water washing. The temperature of the dried particles is about 70 ℃, which flows out through the tail of the dryer and then enters the cooler for cooling.
