Granulating equipment for compound fertilizer: drum granulation and roller granulation

The drum granulator is used for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizer. The special rubber lining is used in the cylinder of the drum granulator, which can automatically remove the scar and tumor, and cancel the traditional scraper device. It has the characteristics of high ball forming strength, good appearance quality, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low energy consumption, long service life and convenient operation and maintenance.

The working principle of the drum granulator machine for fertilizer is that the belt and pulley are driven by the main motor and transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. The split gear installed on the driving shaft is engaged with the large gear ring fixed on the machine body to work in opposite direction. The material is added from the feed end to the inside of the cylinder. Through the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into particles, and finally flows out through the outlet. Due to the continuous entry of materials and continuous rotation of granulator, mass production can be realized.

Roller granulator is used to granulate all kinds of organic matter (NPK fertilizer) after fermentation, breaking through the conventional granulation process of organic matter. Before granulation, the raw materials need not be dried and crushed, and the spherical particles can be processed by direct batching, which can save a lot of energy.

Features of roller granulator:

·The particles produced are spherical.

·The content of organic matter can be as high as 100% to realize the granulation of pure organic matter.

·Fertilizer granulator machine takes advantage of the characteristics that organic particles can be inlaid with each other under a certain force, so there is no need to add binder when granulating.

·The particles are solid and can be sieved after granulation to reduce the energy consumption of drying.

·The organic matter after fermentation does not need to be dried, and the moisture content of raw material can be less than 15%.
