They can grow and propagate in different temperature regions and play an important role in each other. In 7-8 days, the solid organic wastes such as livestock manure can be quickly decomposed and odor can be effectively removed.
The organic fertilizer production process adopts continuous tank fermentation technology. On the basis of beneficial microorganisms, the temperature and oxygen required for the fermentation of livestock and poultry manure are provided artificially, so that all kinds of manure fermentation can be carried out in the pool under controllable conditions, which reduces the impact of adverse factors in nature, ensures that it can be produced all year round, and adapts to the characteristics of breeding and other industries.
There are two steps to process commercial organic fertilizer in the organic fertilizer production line: early fermentation and treatment part and deep processing granulation part. Organic fertilizer equipment needs fermentation compost windrow turner, crusher, mixer, organic fertilizer granulator, dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine, packaging machine, conveyor and other equipment.
The construction scale is generally 30000-100000 tons per year. Local resources, market capacity and market coverage radius should be considered comprehensively. Generally, the annual production of 10000 tons and 30000 tons is appropriate for small-scale factories, 50000-100000 tons for medium-sized factories and 100000-200000 tons for large-scale factories. The investment scale and product scheme design should be formulated according to the following conditions: characteristics of raw material resources, local soil conditions, local planting structure and main crop varieties, factory site conditions, production automation degree, etc.
