Instagram Stories get likes, you can respond without sending a direct message.
Instagram is rolling out a new feature called Private Story Likes, which allows you to like someone's Insta Story without having to send them a direct message.
Previously, whatever comment you sent to someone about a Story, whether it was an emoji or a full message, appeared in their DM inbox; with this new feature, without clogging up the user's DMs, you can express your gratitude for a Story.
So now, when you go through Stories, there will be a heart sign between sending a message and that tiny paper airplane, Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri explained in a video.
If you tap on it, it will send alike to the author of that story, which will appear on the viewer sheet rather than in your DM thread with them.
Notably, unlike Instagram's main feeds, Stories will not have like counts. Instagram (which is now owned by Meta) spent over two years experimenting with hiding like counts on the main feed before deciding to leave them up by default, but users can choose to hide them on their own posts.
There is no public count for likes on Stories, but when you look at a Story's view sheet, you can see who left a like on it.
The goal is to increase people's ability to express support for one another. If you have more likes there will be a chance to boost your social presence. So, you can buy Instagram likes UK on your account posts to make your content famous. On the other hand, if you have a number of followers on your Instagram account, you may get more likes, so you can also buy Instagram followers UK.
