Plywood and other laminated veneer goods, oriented strandboard, particleboard, laminated beams and timbers, fiberboard, edge- and end-jointed products, architectural doors, windows, and frames, furniture, floor coverings, ceiling, and wall tiles are all made with Wood Adhesives. The continuously growing construction industry is boosting the use of wood, which opens up opportunities for industrial wood adhesives. The  industrial wood adhesives  is divided into two types of resin: natural and synthetic. Prepolymers or polymers synthetized from petrochemically generated source materials make up synthetic industrial wood adhesives. To distribute over the moist surface of the wood, these adhesives must be applied in liquid form.

The prepolymers, on the other hand, can be used directly or as water solutions if they are accessible in liquid form. When used as adhesives, synthetic polymers are melted, dissolved, or emulsified in a solvent before being used. The polymer-based industrial Wood Adhesives  are established after application by solidification of the melted polymer with cooling or evaporation or adsorption of the solvent. For industrial wood panels, synthetic thermosetting resins such as urea formaldehyde (UF) resins, phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resins, and melamine-formaldehyde (MF) resins with superior strength and water resistance are replacing natural adhesives. These adhesives can be used to create high-quality, long-lasting panels.
