To Improve The Fuel Efficiency Of Cars, Molded Plastic Has Been Increasingly Used In Their Production
Products for the packaging, automotive, building & construction, and agricultural industries are produced using Molded Plastic. Due to their low weight, robustness, high strength-to-weight ratio, shock resistance, and low toxicity, these products are favoured in various sectors. In turn, this has increased demand for plastic goods.

Molded Plastic materials are synthetic materials that may be shaped into a variety of shapes depending on their purpose. Many industries utilise a variety of colouring and other additives to improve the quality of the moulded plastics because of its strength, light weight, and chemical resistance.Recent years have seen a significant increase in the use of moulded plastics in the electrical and electronics sector, including in laptops, televisions, computers, and mobile phones. The creation of bio-based plastics has been prompted by the adverse environmental effects of petroleum-based molded plastics on the ecosystem.

These are also utilised in automotive applications such bumpers, air flow ducts, grilles, engine covers, and automobile fascia. The use of these moulded plastics has expanded along with the popularity of low-emission, environmentally friendly vehicles, which has increased the use of Molded Plastic  in the production of cars to lighten their weight and improve their fuel efficiency. Heavy metals like lead and cadmium and chemicals like benzene and dioxins make up the majority of these contaminants. These heavy metals and chemicals discharge toxic substances into the environment.
