Poppy Playtime is a first-person horror-puzzle adventure game developed by MOB Games Studio, which is led by Isaac Christopherson and consists of a small team. It is divided into several chapters and revolves around the defunct Playtime Co. factory, which specialized in producing "the nation's favorite toys." As a former employee of the toy factory, you investigate the mystery surrounding employee disappearances. With your Grabpack, you make your way deeper into the mysterious factory, avoiding the dangerous toys ahead.

It employs the popular mascot horror trend seen in many horror games, but it effectively chills the players. With its approach to the game, this could easily become one of the most popular game series to date, as well as one of the best to come out this year.
Game story
Playtime Co. is an abandoned factory known for producing popular toys across the country. You play as a former employee in the factory and investigate the facility after receiving a letter stating that the missing employees from ten years ago are still present. The search for the "flower" is the main clue to locating the staff.
Poppy Playtime horror game maintains a sense of mystery throughout the game. There are no immediate explanations, and if there are, they are usually on VHS tapes. Throughout the game, you collect the story via VHS tapes. Each VHS tape reveals the facility's hidden lore and the dangers that lurk within. I strongly advise you to play the game yourself, as the tapes contain a lot of spoilers.
Toys in the facility are similar to those found at Toys 'R' Us, except that all of them turn on you. Huggy Wuggy, a blue toy, is one of the first toys you come across. Huggy Wuggy is enormous, with fur, bulging dilated eyes, and wide red lips formed into a smile. His image serves as a mascot for the company, and it can be found on posters and walls throughout the establishment. He is instantly intimidating due to his size, and he is full of surprises throughout the game.
MOB Games' Poppy Playtime is a first-person horror/puzzle/adventure game. On October 12th, 2021, the first chapter was released on Steam. Subsequent chapters will be released as DLC, with Chapter 2 set to arrive in early 2022.
Gameplay
While playing Poppy Playtime, you will move your character using the arrow keys or the WASD keys. In addition, you must interact and take action with your mouse. As previously stated, you will explore an abandoned factory and attempt to solve a mystery in this entertaining but terrifying game.
You will be exposed to numerous terrifying events and will be required to take action or solve mysteries. The game is divided into chapters, and you cannot proceed to the next chapter unless you have completed all of the puzzles in the previous chapter.
