If one leaves a stone unturned, it will remain as stone for ages but the same stone gets a sculptural shape if one takes it out and cut it to give a design. Similarly, jewellery is the end products of any metal (gold, silver, diamond etc) and gets the name of jewelry as soon as it is designed else a metal only.
