Windows 10 printers can be set to either offline or online status. It was surprising to discover that everyone wants their default printer available and ready to print. It is important to remember that a printer going offline does not necessarily mean it has been deleted. The printer could be offline due to an error in printing or a problem with the driver. If Windows OS detects a problem, it can set the status to offline.
If your printer is unable to communicate with your computer, it might appear offline. The built-in menu of your printer should indicate which network it is connected to. You can also check the manual of your printer for further information. Verify that your printer's Use Printer Offline mode isn't enabled.
