Condom
A condom is a sheath-shaped barrier used during sexual contact to reduce the possibility of pregnancy and to protect against sexually transmitted diseases. Condoms are considered essential for health-care systems by the World Health Organization. Condom use lowers the risk of diseases such as chlamydia, trichomoniasis, gonorrhoea, hepatitis B, and the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
