Our training program provides a thorough understanding of the DISCOM management looking after the structure of the sector, the business models, solar PV standards and certifications, risks and risk mitigation strategies, and integration of the Rooftop Solar PV plant with the grid.
The genesis of this work package was the lack of technical expertise to carry out various tasks at each stages of due diligence for solar rooftop projects, lack of skilled workforce availability in the rooftop solar space such as lack of technical and financial expertise to carry out due diligence for appraisal and financing of solar rooftop projects, lack of skilled manpower to carry out installation and commissioning, lack of specialised O&M personnel, lack of technical capability and knowhow on interconnection processes.
