NPK fertilizer production line with double roll extrusion granulation
The double roller extrusion granulation is mainly aimed at the granulation of compound fertilizer or chemical fertilizer, and the raw materials are essentially different from other kinds. Configuration of opposite roller granulation production line: forklift feeder, disc mixer, double roller npk fertilizer granulator, screening machine and packaging machine. If there are many kinds of raw materials, change the forklift feeder into multi bin dynamic batching machine and mixer.
NPK fertilizer process of double roller granulation
1. The qualified raw materials are added into the blender according to the ratio requirements and mixed evenly;
2. It is transported to the disc feeder to remove the iron substance in the material during transportation;
3. The materials in the disc feeder evenly enter into the counter roller granulator, and the materials are forced to pass between the two rollers to be extruded into thin sheets. The thin sheets are crushed into fragments by the coarse crusher under the rollers and then screened. The materials on the screen continue to be crushed and screened;
4. The semi-finished products are transported to the finished product screening machine; the screened fine particles are directly returned to the disc feeder; the large particles are crushed by the pulverizer and then returned to the disc feeder,
5. The qualified products after screening are transported to the automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging and warehousing
